Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

½ cup gluten-free oats

¾ cup coconut milk (or preferred non-dairy milk)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp peanut butter (or preferred nut butter)

1 scoop protein powder

1 tsp maple syrup



1. Place all ingredients in a sealable container or mason jar with lid 

2. Let sit for at least two hours, or overnight

3. Top with cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
