Chocolate & Chia Parfait

 

Ingredients:

Chia Pudding:

2 tbsp chia

1 cup coconut milk (or desired dairy-free milk)

 

Chocolate banana “nice” cream:

1 frozen banana, sliced

¼ cup coconut milk (or desired dairy-free milk)

½ tbsp raw cacao powder

1 scoop protein powder

 

Instructions:

1. Let chia pudding sit for at least 30 minutes, or overnight

2. Blend together all ingredients for the ice cream (don’t over blend!)

3. Layer as desired and top with granola and organic blueberries
