Chia Berry Bowl

 

Ingredients:

Chia Pudding:

2 tbsp chia

1 cup coconut milk (or desired dairy-free milk)

 

Berry Smoothie:

½ frozen banana, sliced

½ cup frozen blueberries

2 tbsp coconut milk (or desired dairy-free milk)

1 scoop protein powder

 

Instructions:

1. Let chia pudding sit for at least 30 minutes, or overnight

2. Blend together all ingredients for the ice cream (don’t over blend!)

3. Layer as desired and top with granola, coconut flakes, bee pollen & organic blackberries
