Apple Pie Overnight Oats

 

Ingredients (2 servings):

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk of choice

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

3 tbsp Sunbutter 

1 apple, skinned and diced

1 tbsp flaxseed meal

2 tsp maple syrup 

1-2 tsp apple pie spice or cinnamon 

Optional toppings - greek yogurt, more apple and Sunbutter, apple pie spice

 

Instructions:

1 Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or sealable container. 

2 Refrigerate overnight & enjoy warm or cold in the morning :)
