Raspberry Freezer Fudge

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Organic Sunbutter

1/3 cup chocolate pea protein powder (can sub for cacao powder) 

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

3-4 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp cacao powder

1/2 cup organic raspberries (fresh or frozen) 

 

 

Instructions:

1. Mix Sunbutter, maple, and coconut oil together until smooth

2. Add in chocolate protein powder and cacao powder and mix thoroughly. Gently mix in raspberries

3. Line a bread pan (8.5 x 4.5) with parchment paper and evenly spread mixture throughout. Top with additional raspberries, if desired. 

4. Freeze for 2+ hours, or until hardens. Cut into 28 squares and enjoy :) 

 
Best kept in an airtight container or bag in the freezer
