PB Chocolate Sea Salt Protein Balls
½ cup oat flour
½ cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp protein powder (I used Nuzest "Just Natural")
2 tbsp maple syrup
5 tsp coconut milk (or milk of choice)
½ cup dark chocolate
Sea salt to taste
1. Blend all ingredients (besides chocolate chips) together until smooth
2. Melt dark chocolate on the stovetop or in the microwave
3. Roll into balls (makes about 10-12), dip each one in melted dark chocolate & sprinkle with sea salt
4. Freeze for ~15 minute and enjoy!
I like to keep mine in the freezer, but you could also keep them in the fridge!
