Acai Bowl

 

Ingredients:

½ - ¾ cup frozen blueberries

½ banana, frozen

½ cup frozen cauliflower

2 tsp acai powder

¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk  

Optional: 1 scoop collagen peptides or protein powder

 

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

2. Drink as a smoothie or top with desired toppings (ex: banana, granola & blueberries)
