Matcha Balls



½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

2 tbsp almond butter

½ tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp coconut oil

½ tsp – 1 tsp matcha powder (depending on taste preference)



1. Blend coconut flakes until fine

2. All the rest of ingredients together and blend

3. Roll into balls and refrigerate for ~10 minutes before enjoying
