Avocado Hummus

Avocado Hummus



1 cup chickpeas (rinsed)

1 ripe avocado

3 cloves garlic

2 tbsp tahini

¼ cup olive oil

Juice from 1 lime

Salt & pepper to taste



1. Blend the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, olive oil & lime juice together

2. Add in avocado and salt/pepper and blend until smooth (may take a few minutes to get creamy)
