Probiotic Salad Bowl



1 - 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup quinoa, cooked

¼ cup carrots, chopped

¼ cup cucumber, chopped

1 spiralized beet (can cook or eat raw)

½ ripe avocado

2 heaping tbsp sauerkraut 

1 tbsp Sasya peanut spread (CODE: "FD15" for discount at 



1. Cook ¼ cup quinoa (or can cook more for leftovers/additional salads) according to box – should yield ~½ cups once cooked

2. Chop carrots and cucumber, and peel skin off beets and spiralize (do not need to cook these, but you can if you would like)

3. Plate everything and enjoy!
