Parsnip Fries

Parsnip fries



3-4 parsnips

¼ tsp garlic

¼ tsp basil

Pinch of salt & pepper

2 tbsp avocado oil



1. Peal parsnips (like you would a carrot) and cut into think strips

2. Use a zip loc bag to toss parsnips in avocado oil, garlic, basil & salt/pepper

3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes


Paleo Ranch

¼ cup chipotle mayo (by primal kitchen)

¼ cup coconut milk (or ½ cup depending on desired thickness)
