No Bake Chickpea Protein Balls



1 can chickpeas, rinsed

¼ cup almonds

½ cup nut butter (any works!)

¼ cup honey

1/3 cup dark chocolate, cut into smaller chunks

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp cinnamon

½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes



1. In a food processor or blender, blend almonds until powder-like

2. Add in nut butter, honey, cacao & cinnamon and blend until smooth

3. Mix in dark chocolate chunks

4. Roll into balls then coat with coconut flakes

5. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving
