Crispy Cauliflower Tacos



1 head of cauliflower

1 bag shredded cabbage (or shred a head of cabbage)

1 avocado

½ cup tomato, diced

¼ red onion, diced

2 tbs cilantro, diced

juice of ½ lime

¼ cup flour (have done: oat flour, coconut flour or cassava flour)
Siete cassava flour or preferred tortillas 



1. Cut cauliflower into smaller florets

2. Heat pan with avocado oil, add cauliflower and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium high heat

3. Sprinkle coconut, oat, or cassava flour on cauliflower and cook for 2 more minutes

4. While cauliflower cooking, mix tomato, red onion, cilantro & lime in a small bowl

5. Place mashed or sliced avocado on tortillas, then add cauliflower, cabbage, & salsa
